Service you can trust. Quality you can rely on.I use Knox Speed & Diesel for service and repairs for our BMW X5. My trust has been earned fully by Stewart and staff. Any time I call, I’m met with an eagerness to help and subject matter expertise.I’d also like to add that I was able to use my DOWC warranty here. Stewart has years of experience dealing with warranty companies. Made it a breeze for me. Thank you!

I have a Nissan Titan 5.0 Cummins. I was coming in from Chattanooga to Knoxville when it began to blow smoke, big time, and had a hard miss. I received extremely professional conversation with Stewart about the problems. They performed a diagnostic, called me with the info and their recommendations. Three days later I was on the road. I have driven it about 600 miles since the repair and the truck runs better than it has in a long time. This is a professional shop and I felt they were sincerely looking to sole the problem and get me on the road. We have several diesels in our fleet and frankly I am almost expectant of some shops just piling onto the actual problem to increase revenue. Not these guys. My experience built trust - for me that is as important as ability and they definitely have ability. A lot of shops will not work on the 5.0. Highly recommend.

Steward helped us out on short notice. We knew we needed new tie rods, but steward made sure to review first and advice to only fix what was really needed.Service was swift and well done. They even managed to get us the alignment done by another shop same day, so we didn’t have to worry.Anyone with a sprinter or van, be comforted that there’s a quality shop in Knoxville you can turn to! I’d recommend to anyone.

We were staying there for vacation and we had issues with our truck. They called us with updates of what was wrong and got our okay to proceed. They worked hard to get the truck fixed and get us back on the road. The truck worked flawless on our 14 hour trip back home. They are great to work with and do a great job!

I had an overheating issue and a leak of some kind, by word of mouth. This was the place to be, to get your vehicle serviced. Stewart and his team checked thoroughly the condition of my work truck with the few issues that the truck was giving me and constantly kept in touch if they found new items that needed to be addressed. Thank you, Knox Speed and Diesel for keeping my truck in great shape for the road!!

We were passing through Knoxville when my Sprinter deisel motorhome check engine light came on as well as the ABS light. Called Mercedes Benz for problem but was told 3 weeks to see me. Didn't care that we were in the middle of a trip..Found these guys on the web and called. They could not have more accomodatin. Once you meet the staff you know you are with people who know what they are doing. If we lived in Knoxville this would be the only shop I would use. I might just have to move here.
